Many people get super excited when it comes to decorating the nursery that their baby will be living in. It is important to remember that paint fumes are unhealthy for both you and your unborn child. Always ensure the room is adequately ventilated and keep a window open. It’s a good idea to have people help you to paint so that you don’t have to do all the work.

Not smoking while you are pregnant is very important. The reason is simple: as you smoke, your baby is exposed to dangerous chemicals which can minimize your child’s oxygen flow. Oxygen is critical in order to help your baby grow healthy. Please don’t risk the healthy development of your baby just to smoke.
