Include things like who should be present at the birth and what procedures you want to stay away from during the delivery.

If there is a cat living in your household, draft a family member to change the litter box while you are pregnant. Cat urine and feces contain chemicals which can cause you health problems and potentially cost you your pregnancy. Get your spouse or roommate to handle this for you, or have a neighbor or relative stop by regularly to change the litter box.

A good thing to do when pregnant is to see your practitioner on a regular basis. This will not only help you in knowing about the things that pregnant people should know but it also will help you in knowing how to have a healthy pregnancy. This act can help in having a very smooth pregnancy.
