Snack on more neutral foods like dry crackers during pregnancy. When your stomach contains bland foods, the nausea should be lessened. Also, it is important that you avoid greasy and acidy foods as this will make your nausea worse and give you heartburn.

Sexually Transmitted

Be sure to be checked for sexually transmitted diseases if you are pregnant. If you have a sexually transmitted disease and do nothing to treat it, you may not only be jeopardizing your health, but also the health of your newborn. Many STD tests are conducted using urine, blood samples, or a pap smear. If you do have one, you might have to deliver the baby via C-section.

Being taken care of before and during a pregnancy can be beneficial to good health, in regards to the mother and child.
