Stress is not something that a pregnant woman should be dealing with. The stress has very adverse effects on the pregnant body, as well as possibly severe damage to the unborn child. Worst case scenario, stress could cause premature birth to occur.

Pack your bags early. Don’t wait until you are 37 weeks or later to finally pack your bag for the hospital. Not only will they help you, but they can advise your partner on the best ways to provide you with comfort and support. Most birthing centers will be happy to give you a tour of their facilities, so be sure to take advantage of this. Familiarize yourself with the facility to make your labor less stressful.
